Take a Look at the Situation from a Different Perspective in Your Business and Life!
When you start looking at your commitments through the eyes of someone who is committed to succeed at their difficult dream, someone who needs to make the best use of their time, new solutions to previously "unsolvable" problems frequently appear.

Your elderly parents are likely to find someone else to mow their lawn and pick up their groceries, such as a family friend or a high school student down the street in need of some additional cash.
Alternatively, your roommate and children may be able to get by on takeaway (or make their own food!) Several times per week. Alternatively, your friend who require a lot of help may be able to find other people or even experts, such as a therapist, to assist them.
If you didn't have a difficult desire to follow on top of life's daily obligations, you might be able to get away with mowing the grass, cooking all the meals, and talking to your friend for hours every day.
When you own up to your difficult dream, on the other hand, you're basically stating that you'll be very particular and self-directed in how you spend your time, because you need to set aside as much time as possible for it.
This is in stark contrast to most people, who hand over management of their time to others such as family, friends, neighbours, coworkers, and corporations.
Almost all ambitious dreamers, for example, must spend as little time as possible on mundane domestic duties so that they can devote the recaptured time and energy to pursuing their ambition.
Okay, if you enjoy gardening and it fills your soul, don't give up.
But what about the laundry? Do you have any yard work? Cleaning the floors? Waiting in line at the grocery store?
To the extent that you can find someone else to do it for you. Send your laundry to be done, hire someone to mow your yard (or enlist the help of a friend or child), get a floor mopping robot, and have your groceries delivered.
If any of this makes you uncomfortable, get over it: reducing your cleaning load is an investment in yourself.
Similarly, it's absurd to expect that you can spend your time like non-ambitious dreamers and yet reach your difficult goal.
None of this should be interpreted as implying that you abandon your loved ones or friends. It just means that you spend your time wisely.
Even if you're not mowing your parents' lawn, you could still take them to their doctor's visits, which is a much higher-value activity and likely a better use of your time.
Even if you're not preparing home-cooked meals every night, you can do it a few times a week. Even if you won't be able to talk to your buddy for hours on end every day, you may still be there for her at times of true need.
It might be frightening to change the terms of our connection with someone, especially if we've been doing it for a long time. (This is especially true if we've been trained to put other people's needs ahead of our own, as many women have been.)
When we tell people we can't do as much for them or spend as much time with them as we used to, they often react negatively.
When we take the time to express our situation, objectives, and desires, people are often unexpectedly compassionate and willing to assist. So don't just tell them you'll be less available; explain why and ask for their support and assistance.
However, after telling your story, a few people still aren't compassionate or are deliberately hostile, that's a shame, but it's a common occurrence.
That is why successful people learn to say "no" and to keep their distance from unsupportive or poisonous people, even if they are connected to them.
You should schedule whatever time you choose to spend assisting others into your weekly or monthly agenda.
You should also schedule time for personal relaxation as well as unplanned occurrences and emergencies.
Many people believe that time management is about cramming as much as possible into one's schedule, but it isn't; it's about clearing as much as possible from your schedule so you may work on your most important tasks at a comfortable, stress-free pace.
To summarise, procrastination is anything that throws you off path that isn't an unavoidable emergency, no matter how important it may appear at the time.

With so much flexibility, an undisciplined person won't know how to efficiently manage their time or when to say no to new initiatives or business opportunities.
For a variety of reasons, many entrepreneurs put off their professional duties or obligations. This could put the entrepreneur under a lot of stress and force them to deal or work in a crisis mode.
Working in this manner may result in extra problems that are difficult to fix or manage. There are mistakes made, projects that aren't finished, goals that aren't met, work that isn't up to par, and even business results that aren't up to standard.
